Mighty Max Escapes From Skull Dungeon is a Doom Zone with a mad scientist theme.
Story[]
Max finds himself in Skull Dungeon, the laboratory of Dr. Gore, a hunchbacked scientist who had just finished his latest creation, Smasher. As Dr. Gore realizes he has company, he lurches forward and tries to grab at the Mighty One. However, Max lifts up a trap door and trips Dr. Gore into it. Max then pulls a lever close to Smasher, moving him around. While Dr. Gore returns to Smasher for aid, Max grabs a ball-and-chain and throws it at the electric machinery holding Smasher. The laboratory explodes and Max teleports out just in time.
